This is a fantastic opportunity to hear from two AFL stars and a renowned high performance mind coach as they share insights on maintaining both mental and physical wellbeing in high-pressure environments.

⭐️ Harry brings a strong social influence, consistently highlighting powerful elements of preparation and recovery.

⭐️ Andy pairs his AFL experience with his passion for wellness and business as the owner of Pando Society.

⭐️ Emma rounds out the panel as Australia’s leading high performance mind coach and is the founder of High Performance Mindfulness.
